SakuraTech Solutions Co., Ltd. is looking for an English-Speaking IT Support Specialist to join our team. The role involves providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Key Responsibilities: - Offer support for hardware and software issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. - Assist users in a timely manner to ensure effective use of technology. - Document technical issues and solutions for future reference. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - At least 1 year of experience in IT support or helpdesk. - Familiarity with Windows, macOS, networking basics, and remote support tools. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment. - Proactive problem-solving attitude is essential. Working Hours: - Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Salary: - ¥280,000 per month (negotiable based on experience). Location: - Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan (hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Visa Requirements: - Applicants must have a valid working visa (Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services). The company is willing to sponsor the right candidate. Minimum Commitment: - 1 year minimum, with the potential to extend. Language Requirements: - Fluent in English (required). - Basic conversational Japanese (N4 level or higher) is preferred but not required. English is the primary language used in the workplace. Additional Information: - No accommodation or food provided, but relocation assistance is available (up to ¥100,000).
